Amazon’s Vineeta Vora appointed as GoKwik Senior Director – Products
E-commerce enablement company, GoKwik, has hired ex-amazon employee Vineeta Vora as Senior Director, Products. Vineeta brings in 15 years of experience in building and scaling various lines of B2B and B2C products across the Banking and e-commerce industries. At GoKwik, she would be responsible for leading the checkout and payment products. her focus will remain on scaling and building products to enhance consumers’ checkout and payment experience on various e-commerce platforms. 

Before joining GoKwik, Vineeta worked with Amazon and built and scaled one of the industry’s defining consumer credit products. She has been credited for the payment platform's successful scaling from zero to a couple of million users in a short span of time. Prior to Amazon, Vineeta identified organic and inorganic product expansion opportunities at Zafin for their banking product suite. She has also led multiple consulting and product development initiatives at Ericsson and SAP. her educational qualifications include an MBA from IIM-Lucknow.

Gagan Uppal joins Xapads Media as country head MENA region

Programmatic Adtech platformXapads Media, has announced Gagan Uppal's appointment as the country head for the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

Through his leadership, the platform intends to focus on its strategic growth and strengthening the local team, partnerships, and innovation in the MENA region.

Xapads’s United Arab Emirates (UAE) office will serve as the hub for the company’s business development in the Middle East market and will explore new opportunities in the fast-growing MENA region.

Prior to this, Gagan was leading Advertising & Emerging Tech Partnerships at The TechVantage and was responsible for onboarding global AdTech/MarTech partners. he comes in with 14 years of work experience, Moreover, he has also managed several popular campaigns for well-known clients including Nestle, Expo 2020, Neom, Dubai Holdings, Address Hotels, and ENOC.

Vinay Rao appointed for Client Success at Langoor

Digital marketing agency, Langoor announced the appointment of Vinay Rao as its Head of Client Success. He will be responsible for strategizing and digital transforming key accounts.

He will seek to drive the brand’s storytelling to build credibility, promote awareness, and engineer conversion with clients.

Mohit Rana, Aditya Agrawal are Redseer's two new partners

Strategy consulting firm, Redseer, has announced the appointment of two new partners, Mohit Rana and Aditya Agrawal.

Mohit Rana is a former AT Kearney who will now lead the Enterprise and Digital Enablement practice for Redseer, while Aditya Agrawal will focus on the strategy consulting on emerging sectors.

Mohit brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, enterprises, startups, and digital transformation. Mohit has worked for over 16 years at AT Kearney and was one of the early partners who established and grew the firm in India. Mohit is an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and has a graduation degree from IIT, Delhi.

Commenting on the association with Redseer, Mohit said, “Redseer has been a leader in advising new-age businesses and investors in India and has played a phenomenal role in the growth of the consumer Internet industry. New companies and business models continue to emerge, unicorns are maturing and looking for profitable growth and large enterprises are adopting some disruptive, technology-led startup models. A Michigan State University and IIT, Delhi Alumnus, Aditya Agrawal, joins with over 14 years of experience in consulting, marketing, management, and growth strategy. At Redseer, Aditya will steer the consulting business on emerging sectors. He will also be expanding on the role and working closely with the core team to develop the company’s market presence and add value to client deliverables in their bid to create a world-class consulting organization.

Kshitij from Pharmeasy Joins Almo as Co-Founder & COO

Men’s essentials D2C brand, Almos, has announced the appointment of Kshitij Ladia as its Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kshitij joins the company from the back of over 10 years of experience in e-commerce. Prior to this, he has led strategy, business operations, and supply chain across high-growth consumer internet startups including Pharmeasy, CarDekho, and Iksula. 

In his new stint in Almo, Kshitij will be responsible for driving the strategy, operations, and supply chain towards the goal of creating operating excellence across the organization. Kshitij will lead the cross-functional teams across fulfillment, customer care, merchandising, finance & human resources with his vast knowledge in the e-commerce sector along with bringing best practices on enhancing the overall customer experience as a key mandate.
