Running successfully for the past 132 years in India, De Beer India's MD, Sachin Jain takes pride in being one of the largest diamond miners in the world. For all the diamonds that the brand mines, over 7% are consumed in India. This number, he expects, will double by 2030. 


With a market size of nearly $5.5 billion in India currently, the brand rests its focus on diamonds being the ultimate gift of mother nature and something that reflects a long-term relationship. 

Jain also emphasises how India will play a crucial role in the increase of diamond consumption in the coming years, especially because the upward trend of modernity in the young Indian women and change in women's economics is roaring loud.
