Saloni Shah Promoted As Chief Digital & Marketing Officer At L’oréal India

Shah began her journey at L'Oréal in December 2013 as Media Manager for Consumer Products Division (CPD)

Saloni Shah has been appointed as the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO) for Loreal India. Shah’s new responsibilities will include driving L'Oréal's digital-first brands to deliver rapid growth on online platforms and further strengthening the company's future-ready digital capabilities.

Shah began her journey at L'Oréal in December 2013 as Media Manager for Consumer Products Division (CPD) and was promoted to Digital & Marketing Manager for Garnier, where she worked for three years before working as the Head of Digital Marketing for CPD in 2021. In 2022, she joined the CDMO team, where she was in charge of leading the Media Services Centre of Excellence for L'Oréal India, with a focus on four main areas namely O+O media, advocacy, audience design, and partnerships.

Shah takes over for Gaurav Anand, who has moved on to seek other possibilities.
