FCB Onboards Andres Ordonez As Global Chief Creative Officer

Andres Ordonez assumes the role succeeding Susan Credle while Credle becomes Creative Advisor for Interpublic Group

FCB appointed Andres Ordonez as its Global Chief Creative Officer, succeeding Susan Credle. Concurrently, Credle has been named Creative Advisor for FCB's parent company, Interpublic Group.

In her new role as Creative Advisor, Credle will continue to serve as Creative Chair within the FCB network until 2024, collaborating closely with Ordonez to ensure a seamless transition.

Ordonez brings not only an impressive creative background but also a track record of catalysing growth within the FCB network.

Having joined FCB Chicago in 2019 from Energy BBDO, where he held the position of Chief Creative Officer, Ordonez has played a pivotal role in expanding the client base. Under his leadership, the agency secured contracts with 40 new brands.

Ordonez's accomplishments extend to being appointed as the Lead Creative Partner for Pfizer in May 2023. This partnership is particularly noteworthy, given Pfizer's pivotal role as a key provider of Covid-19 vaccines and booster shots.

In response to his new role, Ordonez commended Credle for her efforts in building the FCB brand and cultivating a culture that attracts top talent. He expressed his intention to work closely with Global CEO, Tyler Turnbull to strengthen the global network and convey to clients that creativity is a driving force behind business growth.

Turnbull underscored FCB's commitment to empowering individual agencies to excel independently, emphasising that this approach will remain unchanged. He highlighted the importance of continuous growth and innovation, a philosophy instilled by Credle and emphasised the agency's focus on supporting its teams to produce outstanding work.
