GoKwik Collaborates With Flipkart, Extends SuperCoins Program To D2C Brands

The partnership aims to enhance the shopping experience for D2C shoppers and merchants, enabling seamless SuperCoins redemption across a diverse range of digital-first brands within the GoKwik network

GoKwik partnered with Flipkart to extend the SuperCoins program to D2C brands on KwikCheckout, enabling users to avail benefits on Flipkart's platform and its partner brands through a multi-brand rewards ecosystem.

Through this partnership, GoKwik aims to facilitate the redemption of SuperCoins on KwikCheckout, aiming to enhance the shopping experience for D2C shoppers and merchants in India on its platform.

The integration of Flipkart SuperCoins into KwikCheckout enables customers from Flipkart, Myntra, Cleartrip, and Shopsy to utilise their accrued SuperCoins across a wide range of digital-first brands. This integration aims to enhance the checkout experience for these brands, leading to increased conversion rates and improved customer retention.

By implementing a one-time login and single sign-on process in both KwikCheckout and SuperCoins, customers can seamlessly redeem their coins directly at the checkout page without redirection. Upon logging in, they gain the ability to redeem SuperCoins on any D2C brand within the GoKwik network that has incorporated this feature into their checkout. This approach ensures transparency by displaying the earned points upfront, thereby enriching the overall shopper experience.

SuperCoins offers savings, incentives, and exclusive offers from various brand partners like Myntra, Cleartrip, and Shopsy, enhancing the overall shopping experience and adding value to their purchases. As a result, participating brands can anticipate a surge in transaction volume and an increase in average order value (AOV) as customers take advantage of discounted prices while shopping for their preferred products.
