Havas Media Group India elevates Uday Mohan as President & Chief Client Officer
Havas Media Group India has elevated Uday Mohan to the role of President & Chief Client Officer, effective immediately. This is aligned with Havas Group India's vision of building strong leadership across each of its agencies. Uday Mohan will continue to report to Mohit Joshi, CEO, Havas Media Group India.
The elevation comes on the heels of Uday’s rich, long stint of 14 years with Havas Media Group India, during which he has consolidated his role as an effective leader and a strong partner to several clients. Over the last few years, Uday drove innovation, transformation, and meaningful media strategy for clients, during extremely volatile market conditions. It led Havas Media Group India to garner strong growth, increase market share, win prominent clients and many industry awards and recognition.

WOW Skin Science appoints Nikita Jaswaney as Head of Innovation
Personal care brand WOW Skin Science has roped in Nikita Jaswaney as Head of Innovation.
“With her vast experience in product innovation and category development across global personal care brands, Nikita will play a pivotal role in driving new product innovation and development for WOW Skin Science, WOW Life Science and Body Cupid. She will also be responsible for leading the launch of new brands & strategic brand mixes under the parent company, Body Cupid,” the company said.
“With more than a decade of experience in the beauty, grooming and personal care segments both globally and in India with legacy brands and industry leaders such as Unilever and L'oreal, Nikita’s core competencies are in brand innovation, deep consumer insight-led product development and strategic brand communication. In her earlier stints, she led many successful new-format launches & renovations in haircare & makeup. On her last international project on innovation & marketing communication with Garnier Hair Color she launched the disruptive Garnier Men 5-minute shampoo color in South Asia & global emerging markets,” the team shared.

Ruchira Raina joins Rediffusion as Head of South & East
Rediffusion has named Ruchira Raina as Executive Director, South and East. She will be based out of Bangalore. Rediffusion’s Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai offices will report to her.
Raina has over 35 years of experience in media, advertising and marketing. She is a former Managing Director of Dentsu Communications, where she headed the agency from 2003 to 2011.
Starting from Anand Bazaar Patrika (ABP) in media in the late 80s, Raina then moved to Mudra in media, and then shifted to client servicing. She then joined Rediffusion Kolkata to lead the Eveready and Shaw Wallace businesses, shifting to Rediffusion Bangalore as Branch Head where she ran the entire BPL business. In 2002, Ruchira moved to TVS in brand management. In 2003, she joined Dentsu.
Post Dentsu, Ruchira Raina moved in 2011 to Aircel as head of market research and consumer insights. In 2015, she shifted base to Australia to pursue some entrepreneurial projects.
“I have known Ruchira Raina for nearly three decades. She is a marketing powerhouse and a brand dynamo. I have rarely seen anyone as sharp and as committed to clients’ brands as Raina. She has a deep understanding of diverse categories and is an expert on automobiles – both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers. Ruchira’s return to Rediffusion after a long hiatus is most welcome”, says Dr. Sandeep Goyal, Managing Director of Rediffusion.

Raina helped create the ‘Give Me Red’ campaign for Eveready. She launched BPF QPF TVs. She launched the famous Aamir Khan campaign for Toyota Innova, the John Abraham campaign for Yamaha and the Hrithik Roshan campaign for Acer. She also launched brand Aircel, giving MS Dhoni his first major commercial break. “Advertising can be fun when brands are willing to take some risks to achieve exponential growth”, adds Raina.
m/SIX names Sahil Sachdeva as the National Digital Head
m/SIX has appointed Sahil Sachdeva as the National Digital Head at m/SIX.
In this role, as the National Digital Head of m/SIX India Sahil will be responsible for managing the agency’s national digital services and helping existing and new clients transform their digital processes and marketing strategies as well as achieving ROI driven marketing outcomes. He will focus on strategic and innovative solutions, this will include the continued development of integrated and ‘Always-on’ digital strategy that cuts across programmatic, paid, social, search & eCommerce.
