Kotak Mahindra's New Campaign Promotes High-Interest Savings On Investments

Conceptualised by Cartwheel Creative Consultancy, the ad film starring Ranveer Singh and Keerthy Suresh highlights Activmoney, providing higher interest rates on financial investments

Kotak Mahindra Bank launched its pan-India campaign for Activmoney, starring Ranveer Singh and Keerthy Suresh.

The film featuring Singh and Suresh as a couple are actively voicing their financial needs but find it difficult to choose a savings account that meets their needs. Furthermore, Activmoney settles their debate effectively by offering high fixed deposit interests and the freedom to access these funds without having to pay any penalties as well as ease of saving for emergencies.

The campaign highlights the benefits of ActivMoney offering up to 7 per cent interest rate p.a. for Fixed Deposits (FD) for deposits up to 180 days with the flexibility to access funds anytime without the worry of premature withdrawal charges, which are commonly applied to Fixed Deposits in commercial banks.

The film also showcases the collaboration between a leading Indian ad filmmaker, Rajesh Saathi, a renowned international action director Florian Hotz, top set designer Rupin Suchak, and ace cinematographer, Manikandan. The film has a soundtrack reminiscent of 70s Bollywood, featuring ‘trumpet king’ Kishore Sodha. The film creatively represents a modern Indian couple who discuss all important decisions at home including that of finances. Over-the-top, high voltage action scenes inject excitement into what is otherwise seen as a mundane banking decision.”
