Extending its commitment to support local economies during the pandemic, Lalamove has launched its new campaign – ‘Deliver Possibilities Faster’ with a focus on supporting small- and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) with delivery and logistics.
In the new normal, a digitized delivery service is an important aspect of meeting consumers’ expectations for fast and transparent delivery, especially for SMEs. With many businesses turning to digital platforms or e-commerce channels for the first time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s more crucial than ever that these businesses receive the right support to guide their digital transformation. With this new campaign, Lalamove is looking to reach new businesses that may not be aware such delivery solutions exist.
Commenting on the campaign – Sneha Mehta, Country Marketing Manager, Lalamove – “To act fast and dynamically has become the new normal. But what’s as important is to have an idea that speaks to our audience in this time of need. It was essential for us to execute and launch a regional campaign across 8 Asia Pacific markets with differing degrees of development. This one single theme not only shared market insights, but also became an easy-to-adapt format for the brand across different locations”
Commenting on the campaign – Rahul Kaushik, City Lead – Delhi NCR, Lalamove – “Today, SME’s constitute about 90% of all businesses and a major pain point is their struggle to build in-house capabilities for a fast and reliable delivery service. We address this gap by leveraging technology to transform the logistics sector with our brand promise to ‘Deliver Possibilities Faster’. Technology is bound to shape the new normal in the logistics sector and we’re ready to spearhead this change and become the local delivery partner of choice for SMEs.”
The integrated campaign will be supported by exciting digital engagements and advertisements targeting brand’s core target audience. The ads will be featured on a number of different touch points across India including billboards, vehicle wraps, and LED displays. Further offline promotion will be carried out at key locations targeting SME customers including markets and public transportation locations servicing industrial parks and districts.
